At Pelvic Hug Physio, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the personal nature of many pelvic health products, we ask that you read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been open, used, worn or removed from sealed packaging unless deemed faulty.

On the rare occasion your item/s arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at operations@pelvichug.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product or packaging. If approved, we will organise a replacement or refund.
