Bladder + Bowel Function
Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect both men and women and may influence bladder and bowel control, comfort, and confidence in everyday life. Louise provides personalised pelvic physiotherapy care to help you understand your symptoms, improve pelvic floor function, and support long-term change tailored to your individual body, lifestyle, and goals.
Louise supports a wide range of bladder concerns including leakage, urgency, frequency, and overactive bladder symptoms. Treatment focuses on improving bladder control, retraining habits, and restoring confidence in daily life, exercise, and movement.
Louise treats a number of bowel conditions such as constipation, difficulty emptying, urgency, and coordination issues. Care is focused on improving bowel function, reducing strain, and supporting more efficient pelvic floor mechanics, while also working to improve overall gut health and function.

Hug Pelvic Health Suggested Use
Recommended dosing may differ from the label instructions. If advised by your pelvic health physiotherapist, psyllium intake should be individualised based on your bowel symptoms and goals. Often, a low starting dose is gradually increased until the desired stool consistency and bowel function are achieved. Bowel responses vary significantly between individuals — there is no “one-size-fits-all” dose.

Less than one-third of Australian adults meet the recommended daily fibre intake, and not getting enough fibre can often lead to bloating, stomach discomfort, and sluggish digestion.
When your digestion feels slow, it can leave you feeling less than your best. Getting enough dietary fibre each day can help support healthy digestion and keep your body functioning as it should.
Unlike many fibre supplements, Benefiber is tasteless, invisible, and dissolves completely, making it easy to add to drinks, foods, and recipes without changing the flavour or texture.

Concentrated herbal extracts are sourced from wild crafted and/or pesticide-free locations. These include:
Raw horsetail (Equisetum arvense) contains a thiaminase-like enzyme. This enzyme breaks down thiamine (vitamin B1) in the body. The Equisetum extract used in Urox is extracted using a method that destroys this thiaminase-like effect. Therefore, Urox does not cause vitamin B1 depletion that may be associated with some forms of horsetail.
Cratevox is a specialised extract of Crataeva nurvala with multiple levels of standardisation to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness.
Lindera aggregata is a concentrated extract specifically sourced and extracted for Urox.
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), rice flour, silica. Vegan and gluten free.
Take 2 tablets per day as a dietary supplement.
Each bottle contains 60 capsules.
